HADCO comprises four Divisions across Distribution, Manufacturing, Recycling and Experiences.
Distribution
Our Distribution Division unites the expertise and capabilities of the Food & Beverage, Electrical & Lighting, and Logistics & Services arms under one dynamic entity. This Division is dedicated to offering an extensive portfolio of premium food brands, celebrated wines and spirits, and top-tier electrical and lighting solutions. With a customer-centric approach, we ensure that retail, wholesale, industrial, and commercial partners across Trinidad and Tobago have seamless access to trusted, world-class products tailored to evolving consumer needs.
Supporting our robust distribution network is our highly efficient logistics and services operation, providing warehousing, cold storage, and transportation solutions that deliver products quickly and reliably.

Sub Divisions of Distribution
Manufacturing
We have been manufacturing Happy Time ice cream cones in Trinidad and Tobago since 2003 through our subsidiary Imanex Limited. In 2018 we introduced our own local premium ice cream and novelties which are manufactured by Creamery Novelties Limited.
Retail
HADCO’s retail portfolio brings together a diverse collection of brands that serve customers across the food & beverage and electrical & lighting sectors.
In the food & beverage sector, Peppercorns sells gourmet and speciality food and grocery items to customers at three locations, while HD Café provides a welcoming café environment, serving Häagen-Dazs ice cream and other premium desserts at seven locations in Trinidad. Together, these brands embody HADCO’s dedication to excellence, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of products and experiences that enrich everyday life across Trinidad and Tobago.
When it comes to Electrical & Lighting, KELEC, Nova Lighting and Lighthouse have established themselves as trusted providers of quality products and solutions for residential, commercial and industrial markets.
KELEC, located in Tobago, specialises in electrical supplies and technical solutions, while Nova Lighting in St. Clair offers a wide range of lighting products and accessories tailored to modern lifestyles and business needs. Lighthouse, a long-standing name in the industry, serves customers with its extensive selection of decorative and functional lighting fixtures.
Recycling
At HADCO, we believe that we are all responsible for the planet that our children will inherit. We are happy to do our part to protect and preserve it! This is why we are redoubling our efforts to save our environment and tackle the growing waste management crisis in Trinidad and Tobago.
Logistics
HADCO Logistics provides integrated warehousing, cold storage, transportation, export, and customs brokerage solutions. We power reliable, on-time delivery across Trinidad and Tobago with secure bonded warehousing and a robust distribution fleet.
